Prototype feedback
Ontario HelpPath is an early prototype. Feedback is for prototype review only and should focus on whether the experience is clear, useful, and safely framed.
Prototype notice
- This is an early prototype.
- Results currently use mock records and official-link-only navigation cards.
- Ontario HelpPath does not decide eligibility or claim service availability.
- Use official sources for current details.
How to give feedback
The prototype does not include a feedback form, account, database, analytics, tracking, chat, OpenAI call, or production logging path.
Feedback email: needs verification. A real feedback inbox still needs setup before external review.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send SINs, health card numbers, immigration document numbers, income or tax documents, medical details, disability documents, legal case details, exact addresses, names, phone numbers, or uploaded documents.
Ontario HelpPath does not need personal documents or identifiers for prototype feedback.
What feedback should focus on
- Clarity of the prototype notice and disclaimers.
- Whether the search-first experience is understandable.
- Usefulness of the categories and official source links.
- Confusing, too-strong, or unclear wording.
- Broken links or pages that are hard to review.
- Missing topics that should be considered in a future review.
Emergencies and urgent situations
Do not use prototype feedback for emergencies or urgent personal situations. Use appropriate emergency services, official services, or trusted local support channels.
